Company founder Russell Evans has over 25 years of experience as a systems programmer. In that time, he has worked in a wide variety of environments and businesses, including software development shops, banks, a university and insurance companies:

• Senior developer for Serena Software's StarTool Dump Analyzer.

• Senior developer for InCert Corp's TraceBack AbendAnalyzer, TraceBack for CICS and CICS Examiner.

•  Developer on Global Software's GILES batch utility.

•  Head of maintenance for Compuware Corp's Xpediter CICS and Xpediter Xchange.

•  Senior Systems Programmer for Shawmut Bank of Connecticut.

Russ has extensive experience with CICS (from release 1.5 on), MVS (from release 3.8 through z/OS 1.11), Assembler and COBOL.

Additionally, Russ is a Project Officer on the CICS project for Share, and regularly presents at Share on topics that include CICS and IPCS, Application Dumpreading, and CICS and Threadsafe. In June of 2009, Russ presented three sessions at Guide Share Europe. Russ will be giving a presentation on threadsafe at Share in August of 2010.
